Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled and rescheduled only during office hours.
• Scheduled appointments are required; same day appointments are usually available for urgent matters.
• Due to frequency of missed appointments, it has become necessary to institute a “No Show” policy in our office.  Patients who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointments within 24 hours of their appointment time will incur a $35 fee.  This policy will help to ensure that patients who are in immediate need of appointments have an opportunity to be seen in your cancelled appointment time.
