My wife was admitted to Texas Health Plano by her physician, Dr. Jenifer Broderick-Thomas, for a complete abdominal hysterectomy. I was very impressed by the high level of customer service exhibited by every person we encountered at Texas Health Plano. From pre-admission through discharge, everyone did their job like they loved and enjoyed what they were doing-without exception! The nursing staff in its entirety was phenomenal and unparalleled. Of particular note were their interactions and exchanges with Dr. Broderick-Thomas. It was immediately obvious that the staff held a special level of respect, deference, and high esteem for Dr. BT (as I learned they call her). We were delighted with the overall care and communication with Dr. BT, and the successful outcome as a result of the surgery. You should be very proud to have her on your staff of surgeons. As an aside, my wife and daughter have gone to Dr. BT for many years, but I never had the pleasure of meeting her until this recent round of events. Dr. BT has delivered and done my prenatal care for all 4 of my children and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. She is always very honest and always willing to answer any and all questions I have ever had. Though for many, going to the doctor isn’t a pleasant experience, but for me it’s become like a second family.
